Nantucket Health Club offers a wide array of group fitness classes from strength to cardio, Zumba, barre, TRX and yoga to suit your fitness needs. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels so whether you are new to exercise or an experienced fitness enthusiast, you will find a class you will enjoy. The goal of our instructor staff is to motivate and inspire you while teaching a safe and effective class. All of our classes are taught by experienced instructors with national primary certifications as well as specialty certifications.
